Maps are back, nesting groups, and markdown-style images

First, the map view is back. Use it to plot out events that have locations associated with them, like so:

`2023: Year in Germany

Second is nesting - groups can now contain other groups, so you will have to explicitly end a group with the endGroup or endSection keyword.

Last is markdown style images, which are deprecating google photos links. Thanks to utensil for that suggestion!

The public repo reflects these changes, as does the the visual studio code extension. The extension also got code folding for groups and comments.
