Just fixed a bug where importing books from a CSV would show your books added in reverse order. Now they show up in the same order that they are in in the provided CSV

The books table's header is now sticky -- this makes it easier to delete books even if you're scrolled down already (click the "edit" button to see the option to delete books)

Made one skillet enchilada rice bake from WTC cookbook. Sooo good and was easy and made leftovers!
