egg roll in a bowl (https://www.goodnesswithg.com/blog/egg-roll-in-a-bowl-2) doubled this recipe and it made a lot of leftovers. Tasty, easy, healthy

Followed this recipe but used boxed cake mix (pillsbury white cake) instead of making the cake from scratch. We both like how light these are and they’re honestly quite tasty!! I would try making the cake from scratch in the future
Hello fresh recipe — chicken, cherry tomatoes, lettuce in a pesto and mayo dressing topped with toasted panko. Again, very easy and pretty tasty. I liked the warm chicken salad vibes
Gnocchi, 2 red peppers, 1 onion, Italian sausage (pulled out of casing into little meatballs), 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, olive oil and s+p in the oven for 30 min @ 400.
Tasty and easy — next time we should do more veggies (either more peppers or zucchini or something…)
Yesterday I made a really good dinner. I got like at least 3 wow's from Rob and it may have been one of my favorite dinners I've ever made.
Caprese chicken pasta salad from cailee eats substack. Rob said “excellent”, “this could be a go to”. Very easy for the level of praise I received. Worth the substack subscription so far 🙂↕️

Tuna sandwich on some salmonberry goods wheat sourdough bread. Mostly just good bc of the bread!! But also bc I made the tuna salad in the container that held the pepperoncini sandwich sauce…
