Creamy garlic shrimp with ricotta ravioli from Hello Fresh — I feel pretty weird posting this bc it’s Hello Fresh and I didn’t even cook it!! Not sure I’d make the recipe exactly as written again but it was great inspo. We discussed using smaller tortellini/ravioli next time, a lighter sauce (white wine base instead of cream base?) and that tomatoes could be a nice addition.
