sauté 1 yellow onion

steam your extra farmers market broccolini in the microwave for 2-3 min

whisk 9 eggs with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, some cracked pepper

divide broccolini, onions and egg mixture into greased muffin pan

350 degrees for 22 min

Turned out pretty good tbh. Would work with any veggies and I wish it had cheese in it but I’m avoiding dairy rn 😢
